  • Refund Policy: If a client is unhappy with consult work, they may request a refund; however, any upfront cost is non-refundable.
  • Scope of Work: All consulting services are delivered as agreed and based on the information provided by the client.
  • Results Disclaimer: We do not guarantee specific results. Business outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and execution.
  • Liability Limitation: We are not liable for outcomes or actions taken after consultation, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
By making a purchase or booking a consultation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
3. Retainers & Cancellations
If you are on a monthly retainer with Xclusive Consulting:
  • You may cancel your retainer agreement with written notice at any time, provided that you pay two months of your retainer cost.
  • Services will continue through the paid period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or other authorized platforms).
 You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all agreed services.
 Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective delivery of services, clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date business information and project details.
  • Communicate in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow recommendations and strategies as discussed during consultation sessions.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if communication is unreasonably delayed or incomplete.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, templates, and strategies provided by Xclusive Consulting remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
 Clients may use these materials only for their own business purposes and may not resell, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information shared with us.
 We will not disclose or share any confidential details with third parties, except as required by law or with your written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Xclusive Consulting and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our services, website, or materials.
